Ashtanga Yoga for Beginners

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful dynamic set of postures that build your Strength, Flexibility, Stamina. These powerful postures also burn your body fats and make you slim and full of energy.

As this is a beginners' class, difficult postures are modified to make an easier start for beginners. The following two videos show the very first two sets of postures of Ashtanga Yoga,  Sun Salutation A & B (in Sanskrit: Surya Namaskara A & B), with modification to suit beginners' need:
